Depends. The cost will vary and is based on the size and current condition of the home. The type of service requested. If any extras such as appliances or baseboards want to be added. We will provide a free estimate so you will know the cost before scheduling the service.
Yup, we bring our own kits complete with all supplies and tools. If you prefer a certain product(s) to be used we would be happy to use what you prefer. Just let us know.
An invoice will be sent to you prior to our arrival. Payment can be made online with a credit/debit card or bank account. We also accept cash or check. Payment is required the day of the service. Some clients who receive regular service prefer to prepay a month at a time.
Yes. We know many people work from home and that is not a problem.
Nope. Just let us know how to access the home, a hidden key or door code, and we will lock up and text you when we leave.
